Four years ago this week, the International Court of Justice said that
where the barrier between Israel and Palestine crossed into the West
Bank it was illegal and should be taken down. Israel has refused to
accept the court’s decision and continues to build. Rory McCarthy
travelled to a Palestinian village and an Israeli settlement on either
side of the barrier to see what impact it has had on their lives.
